A Career Built on Advocacy
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2003, Annette began her legal career as a solo practitioner focused on family law. Over the years, she became known for her powerful courtroom presence, gently persuasive when needed, fiercely protective when required. She earned a reputation for advocating on behalf of fathers facing false accusations and parental alienation.
After nearly two decades of guiding clients through high-conflict situations, Annette chose to focus on helping families proactively, before crises arise. She discovered that estate planning was not just about drafting documents, but about ensuring families are protected, connected, and guided with intention.
A Modern Practice with Timeless Values
Today, Annette offers fully remote estate planning services that go far beyond paperwork. She helps clients design personalized life and legacy plans that reflect their values, preserve their stories, and protect their loved ones for generations to come.
She has built her practice on a foundation of support and transparency, with:
Flat-fee pricing so you can always ask questions without worrying about incurring additional legal fees..
Regular plan reviews to ensure your plan keeps up with your life.
Direct cell phone access so you can reach your lawyer when you need to.
One of the most meaningful parts of Annette's process is the Family Legacy Recording, a chance for clients to leave behind their voice, their love, and their most heartfelt wishes. This practice was inspired by the memory of a former client who passed away without the opportunity to share his story with his children, a reminder that legacy is more than assets, it's love preserved.
Education & Credentials
With degrees from Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 2002) and the University of Rochester (B.A. magna cum laude in English, 1997), Annette brings both strong legal training and clear, thoughtful communication to her work. Her early mentors, including the late Charles Kindregan and Monroe Inker, instilled in her a commitment to integrity and service that continues to guide her practice.
Continuing the Mission
Though estate planning is now her primary focus, Annette's commitment to supporting fathers continues. She will soon be offering coaching and strategy consulting, helping fathers navigate high-conflict custody situations with clarity, confidence, and effective strategies.
